- Discount can be redeemed at KIMS Hospital Maidstone only.
- Discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Discount valid for total hip replacement surgery or total knee replacement surgery only, not including follow-ups, tests, prescriptions, referrals, vaccinations or any other add-on service.
- Discount can only be claimed once per patient.
- Codes “MOMENTS” or “MOVE27” must be mentioned at time of booking via phone.
- Discount may not be added retrospectively or to pre-existing appointments.
