Anti-Slavery Statement

KIMS Hospital's statement on anti-slavery in our business and supply chain.

We won’t tolerate any kind of Modern Slavery (slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking) in our business and supply chain.

We demand that suppliers comply with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, carry out regular modern slavery risk assessments of their own supply chains, bring in controls to prevent modern slavery and tell us immediately if they find any modern slavery in their supply chains.

For our staff, we don’t use forced, bonded or compulsory labour. All our people are free to leave their jobs of their own free will and everybody who joins us completes Safeguarding training via our e-learning platform every three years which covers Modern Slavery. We also include it in our Safeguarding Policy.

We conduct background checks, verify credentials, and collaborate with reputable agencies to ensure that every individual joining our team does so willingly, free from any form of exploitation or coercion.
