Patient forum

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We value your opinion and your feedback helps us to improve and develop our services and our patients’ experience with us.

Patient Forum

Our Patient Forum ensures that the voice of our patients is at the forefront of the care we offer.

Our Patient Forum makes a real impact in enhancing the care and services KIMS Hospital and Sevenoaks Medical Centre offers their patients.  We want our patients to engage with the development of their hospital and have their voice heard. The commitment we offer in return is to demonstrate how we have acted on your feedback to us, to improve services and ultimately, our patients’ experiences.

If you have any feedback or comments on KIMS Hospital or Sevenoaks Medical Centre and would like to speak to a member of our Patient Forum to get your voice heard, please get in touch using the form below or by emailing patientforum@kims.org.uk.

If you would like to have your voice heard and play an active role in ensuring our services and care meets the needs of our patients, join our Patient Forum.

Our Patient Forum meets four times a year to provide suggestions and feedback to the Hospital Director and team. There are currently eight members of the forum, including Geoff Raisbeck, our Chairman. We are currently looking for three new members to join the forum. It is an exciting time to join us with real opportunities to make a difference. If you are interesting in finding out more, please contact Geoff for an informal chat on PatientForum@kims.org.uk.
