Richard Dimblebee Hospital Director

Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years senior financial management experience across a wide range of sectors with extensive multi-site exposure, including healthcare, education, FMCG, retail, wholesale and logistics. Richard’s most recent healthcare experience includes four years as the CFO at the Princess Grace Hospital in Marylebone, London. Richard is a results driven individual with a hands-on approach and high levels of integrity and work ethics. A commercial thinker with the ability to think outside of the accounting box and contribute strategically and operationally to the business.

You may not know…

Sports features heavily in Richard’s life and he is keen to try any sport at least once, even learning to skateboard in his early 40s and he still plays competitive basketball regularly (the height comes in handy!). However, Richard’s real passion is the ocean and he is happiest when he is either near the ocean or preferably in it, ideally on a paddleboard or in diving gear.

Neil Kukreja Medical Director

Neil is a highly experienced General & Colorectal Surgeon, and is one of a small number of specialist trainers in Europe in the field of robotic colorectal surgery. He is an early adopter of the TAMIS which is also something he teaches. Neil qualified as a Doctor from King’s College London over 25 years ago and practises both privately and in the NHS. He believes passionately in patient-centred care and is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of his patients. As Medical Director, Neil will work with doctors to ensure KIMS Hospital provides the highest standards of safety and medical care. He is keen to see KIMS Hospital be at the forefront of technology and help to advance the hospital’s use of robotic surgery.

You may not know…

Neil is passionate about cars! He loves classics and modern cars and, in his youth, worked in a garage. He has restored old classics and now spends his spare time messing about on trackdays.

Nicola Provan Head of HR

Nicola has over 25 years HR experience and is qualified to CIPD Level 7. Nicola has a broad range of HR experience within private healthcare, dental industry and International legal recruitment. Nicola has been with the hospital since April 2014 and has contributed to the delivering the HR strategy. Nicola is extremely passionate about people and driving employee engagement, she is ambitious and thrives on making a difference.

You may not know…

Nicola has 2 children, she loves to travel and lived in Australia for several months. Nicola loves sport, she has climbed the 3 peaks twice, participated in the London to Brighton Cycle and is currently preparing to run for a half marathon with the London marathon also in her sights.

Stewart Bean Finance Director

Stewart is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 years of financial management experience across a broad range of industries including travel, technology and publishing as well as healthcare. Stewart has worked at KIMS Hospital since 2014, starting shortly after the hospital opened, and is proud to have been part of the journey that has seen the hospital grow into the superb facility that it is today: providing safe outstanding care for the people of Kent and beyond. Stewart has a passion for making Finance ‘human’ rather than just a set of numbers. He is a strong advocate for the importance of business partnering - enabling teams to unlock potential collaboratively and improve the commercial success of the business.

You may not know…

Stewart is a father to 3 boys and collectively they are obsessive football fans (specifically Arsenal). As a teenager, Stewart came close to signing for a Premier League side but education got in the way! He now lives vicariously through his children and has high hopes that at least one of them will be lifting trophies with Arsenal when they are older.

Our Hospital Director and Finance Director are Directors of, and regularly attend, KIMS Hospital’s Main Board, on which our investors sit including the hospital’s main institutional investor, LycaHealth.
