Professional Profile
Dr Meilak qualified from Guy’s Hospital, London, in 1990, gaining a General practice qualification in 1994. He has been a GP Partner from 1994 to 2021, and in 2006 gained further qualifications in Sport and Exercise Medicine. Since then he has looked after both amateur and professional athletes.
Dr Meilak has a particular interest in musculoskeletal, nutritional and sports medicine, including exercise prescription.
He enjoys competitive cycling, artistic pursuits and playing with his two dogs.
*Please note, Dr Meilak is unable to see patients for Gynaecological issues.
