The safety of our patients, staff and the consultants we work with is our top priority. Despite restrictions easing on July 19th, we will be following updated NHS and Public Health England Guidance which states all patients, staff and visitors in healthcare settings must continue to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing. Read about this on the NHS England website.
Please also be aware of and adhere to the following:
Please wait in your car before being called in for your appointment.
You must enter the hospital alone unless there is a clinical need for you to be accompanied and that this has been agreed in advance.
Only patients staying more than one night are permitted one nominated visitor.
If you or anyone in your household shows symptoms of COVID-19, do not come to hospital, stay at home and follow the guidance available at https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
Please be aware that we do not offer COVID-19 tests to members of the public. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 you will need to access a test via gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test or call 119.
Please also be aware that KIMS Hospital doesn’t have an Accident & Emergency Department. In the event of an emergency, please call 999.
