Coming to KIMS Hospital
“Going into KIMS Hospital, the fact that it was so welcoming and so hospitable, within such lovely environments where you come in it feels more like a hotel than a hospital.
Immediately it calms you down and you don’t feel like ‘oh’, you know, it’s just relaxes you, I suppose. The care I had was wonderful, and the room was lovely, again, like a hotel, and the staff were really caring – they didn’t feel rushed. I really got that impression all the way through the day, seeing different consultants, different nurses, the physio came to see me after the operation.
Everyone that came to see me really had time of day and not just having to tick a few boxes but actually spent time talking about, you know, the procedure and even other things. We were chatting and it really felt so comfortable.
I had a lovely view, looking outside the window was a 50-foot living wall, which is a wall that is full of potted plants and things and it’s just beautiful and it was just nice to have something to look outside to, but generally, everything was just, couldn’t be I couldn’t, you know, want anything more.
It was fine and my operation was a success and a few months later down the road now I’m absolutely fine so everything was great so thank you KIMS, it was a great experience I highly recommend it.”
