Emily is a highly experienced Registered Dietitian with extensive clinical expertise gained across the NHS and private healthcare. She holds a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nottingham and has completed further training in gastroenterology at King’s College London, alongside research in advanced clinical nutrition at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
She has led service development projects in surgical recovery, endometriosis and fertility, and established a private practice in London focused on rapid access to high-quality dietetic care. In 2020, she supported digital innovation within the NHS, helping to develop patient pathways for Allied Health services during COVID-19.
Her clinical interests include IBS and the Low FODMAP diet, inflammatory bowel disease, SIBO, women’s health including endometriosis and PCOS, fertility, complex surgery recovery, weight management, workplace wellbeing and nutrition for longevity and cognitive health.
Emily works closely with consultants, GPs and therapists to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care. Her approach combines evidence-based nutrition with tailored, outcome-focused support to achieve sustainable results.
