Professional Profile
Originally from Canada, Monica is an experienced physical therapist with a special interest in the management of persistent pain, sports related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and musculoskeletal based injuries. Her approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation with movement-based experimentation and patient education to support long-term recovery and improved function.
Monica holds a Master’s in Osteopathy and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Public Health at King’s College London. She has also completed yoga teacher training, which informs her approach to care.
Outside of work, Monica is a mother to twin teenagers, a keen runner and skier and a HYROX competitor. She brings her passion for movement and resilience into her practice, helping individuals build confidence in their bodies and return to meaningful activity.
