Professional Profile
Jack graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a degree in Physiotherapy and developed an interest in the profession through his own experiences as an athlete. After sustaining injuries in his own sport over the years, it gave him first-hand insight into the impact it can have on recovery and inspired him to pursue a career helping others.
Jack has a particular interest in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation and enjoys helping people recover from injury, reduce pain and return to the activities they enjoy. Having competed in boxing and kickboxing for over 12 years, representing England and winning gold medals at World championships, Jack understands the physical and mental challenges that can come with injury and rehabilitation, and aims to provide personalised, evidence-based care to every patient.
Previous experience: Pitch-side and physiotherapy assistance at Huddersfield Town Women’s Football team; placements including MSK outpatients, Neurological rehabilitation and Huddersfield Giants Rugby League team.
