Dr Zoe Schaedel is an experienced NHS GP and specialist in menopause care, sleep medicine, sexual health, and contraception. She is an accredited Menopause Specialist with the British Menopause Society and a member of its Medical Advisory Committee. Dr Schaedel is also co-director of Myla Health, a private women’s health clinic, and is passionate about delivering personalised, evidence-based care that considers the wider impact of hormonal health on physical and mental wellbeing.
Dr Schaedel has a particular interest in the relationship between menopause, mental health, and sleep, and delivers national teaching and masterclasses in this area. Her research has been published in leading journals including The Lancet and Post Reproductive Health, and her work is regularly featured across national media.
