Professional Profile

Tuck-Kay Loke qualified from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School in 1995. After completing general medical training, he became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and went on to undertake specialist respiratory medicine training in numerous teaching hospitals, including Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals, the Royal Brompton and St George’s Hospital. In 2006, he received an MD for his research on the pathogenesis of steroid-resistant asthma from King’s College, London.

Dr Loke’s NHS practice has been at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust since 2017. Previously, he spent a decade at Mayday Hospital where he chaired the Trust Cancer Board and the Medicines Management Committee. He has a particular interest in asthma and is an experienced bronchoscopist and EBUS operator.
