Mark Cynk is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. He has a specialist interest in general urology, laparoscopic kidney surgery, kidney cancer, laser stone surgery, laser ablation of bladder tumours, and Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate. He is Chairman of the Holmium Academy, which provides training and mentorship in laser surgery worldwide. Having performed over a thousand holmium laser enucleation of the prostate procedures, he is one of the most experienced laser surgeons in urology in the United Kingdom, and has a large tertiary referral practice from other centres.
