How can you help cool someone down? ![]()
❄️ Move them to a cool place![]()
🧦 Remove all unnecessary clothing like a jacket or socks![]()
💧 Make sure they drink plenty of water![]()
🧊 Cool their skin – spray or sponge them with cool water and fan them.![]()

If someone is still unwell after 30 minutes of resting in a cool place, being cooled and drinking fluids, it's a medical emergency and you should call 999 for help.
