The safety of our patients, staff and the consultants we work with is our top priority. Despite restrictions easing on January 27th, we will be following updated NHS and Public Health England Guidance which states all patients, staff and visitors in healthcare settings must continue to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing.
Please also be aware of and adhere to the following:
Please wait in your car before being called in for your appointment.
You must enter the hospital alone unless there is a clinical need for you to be accompanied and that this has been agreed in advance.
Only patients staying more than one night are permitted one nominated visitor.
If you or anyone in your household shows symptoms of COVID-19, do not come to hospital, stay at home and follow the guidance available at https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
Important Information – Please be aware patients who test positive for Covid before their admission date will have their procedure cancelled and re-dated. We therefore advise precautions are taken to minimise your risk including wearing face masks and restricting contact with others.
Please also be aware that KIMS Hospital doesn’t have an Accident & Emergency Department. In the event of an emergency, please call 999.
