Learn crucial CPR skills at Sevenoaks Medical Centre on Thursday 23rd March.
Blog Health News 28th February 2023 Enquiries & appointmentsSevenoaks Medical Centre and My Sevenoaks Community are hosting a free community event to teach CPR skills. Knowing how to perform CPR is an important skill that saves lives, and is a skill that everyone should know. Currently less than 10% of people survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest. But CPR can help improve those odds. If it is performed in the first few minutes of cardiac arrest, CPR can double or triple a person’s chance of survival.
The training will be led by Jamie Morrison, Sevenoaks Medical Centre’s Clinical Skills and Lead Resuscitation Officer. She will be teaching CPR skills throughout the evening.
This free event is open to everyone over the age of 10.
