Our One Team culture creates a working environment that offers you the time to care, whilst developing new skills and strengthening existing ones.<\/p>\n<p>Our Physical Therapy Department at KIMS Hospital is a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Hand Therapists, Women&rsquo;s Health Specialist and a Consultant Sports Physician to provide exceptional patient care throughout the entire patient journey. We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our team. The individual will play a vital role in the development of therapy services, ensuring a first class service is provided for our patients.<\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Physiotherapist you will assess&nbsp;and treat inpatients and determine independent clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated, and maintain records in accordance with professional standards.<\/p>\n<p>You will be a patient focused Physiotherapist with experience in MSK and Orthopaedics and a demonstrable ability to build relationships with both patients and consultants to provide healthcare at its very best.&nbsp; You will have evidence of your own continued professional development and the desire to mentor junior members of staff.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time contract working 37.5 hours a week to cover a 7 day service. You will work approximately 1 weekend in 4.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Physiotherapist, your duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessment and treatment of patients based around sound clinical reasoning and application of evidence based practice.<\/li>\n<li>Management of an inpatient caseload of Orthopaedic, Gynaecological, Breast Surgery and General Surgical patients.
