Are you looking for a role where your compassion, communication and practical skills make a real difference every day?<\/p>\n<p>KIMS Hospital are looking for an Inpatient Physiotherapy Technical Instructor to join our dedicated inpatient physical therapy team. In this role, you will work closely with qualified physiotherapists to support patients recovering from elective surgery, helping them mobilise safely, follow rehabilitation programmes, and prepare for discharge.<\/p>\n<p>This role is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.&nbsp; Shifts will be 8am &ndash; 4pm or 9am &ndash; 5pm with rotational weekend working required.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As a physiotherapy technical instructor you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the inpatient physical therapy team in assessing and assisting patients following elective surgical procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist patients with mobility, rehabilitation exercises and recovery programmes under the guidance of a qualified physical therapist.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to safe and effective discharge planning by promoting patient independence and arranging appropriate equipment where required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records in line with professional standards and hospital policies.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a consistently high standard of patient care, ensuring dignity, privacy and a positive patient experience at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we are looking for:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Essential<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold an NVQ Level 3 or above related to healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Have worked previously at a physiotherapy assistant<\/li>\n<li>Have good literacy and numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Be patient focused with a desire to facilitate a collaborative culture within the department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Desirable<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have worked as a technical instructor in a hospital setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you will get:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At <b>KIMS Hospital<\/b>, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and championing healthcare at its best.
