Apply today!<\/p>\n<p>See what our staff have to say about working in theatres.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work primarily as a scrub practitioner within Orthopaedics.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor junior members of the team, deputising for the Lead Theatre Practitioner when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare operating and anaesthetic rooms for surgery as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the highest standards of infection prevention and control are carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing patient care requirements, implementing care, and evaluating outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who we are looking for<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Essential<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a registered Practitioner (RN or ODP)<\/li>\n<li>Post registration experience as a Scrub practitioner in Orthopaedics.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience in planning, organising and running lists within the theatre suite.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of supervising staff and scheduling operating lists<\/li>\n<li>Have evidence of continuous professional development and its application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post registration qualification as Practice Supervisor or Assessor<\/li>\n<li>Post registration qualification as Surgical First Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About KIMS Hospital<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At KIMS Hospital we understand our people are our biggest asset and as such we are focused on ensuring they feel happy and valued both in and out of the workplace.&nbsp; That&rsquo;s why we have created a benefits package to support your emotional, financial, and physical wellbeing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>KIMS Hospital bank workers enjoy the following benefits: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly rate +&nbsp;Holiday pay<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours<\/li>\n<li>Free staff parking<\/li>\n<li>Annual flu vaccination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At KIMS Hospital we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive working environment.
